She lived on the Prairies, in the Okanagan, on the West Coast, and in the wilds of northern Ontario before moving to the qathet region in 2005. After a decade working in general family medicine, Leta shifted to a focused practice in complex youth and young adult care, with special interests in wrap-around team care models, resilience-building, and mental health and substance use support. She tries to keep up with qathet’s ever-growing outdoor culture, and loves spending time in the local forests, mountains and waters.
